The next update, 1.4.1, will be slightly different than originally planned as it will be the PC Feminization story update rather than Chloe's main storyline. So instead, Chloe's main storyline will be updated in 1.4.2, sorry for any confusion.
I've been mentioning updating the PC parent content, but to give a little more information on that: on top of new scenes with them, I also want to have some options as I know that everything about their content isn't loved. The first change will be that bringing them together will now be a choice. As it is now, if you have them both at a high relation then you will have the scenes with both of them, otherwise it will be more like cuckold-esque scenes focusing on just the one with higher relation. Now, having high relation with them both will give you the OPTION to be with them both, but you can instead choose to keep them separate if you prefer. In the future they will get some more overarching options that will change how you interact with them.
There is still no timeline on that though, I'm still just working on it as I have the extra time, but it shouldn't be too much longer for their new content to come out. I will put out a roadmap after this coming update to give you all more of an idea of what all is coming up (and the order).
