If you’re new here, and a bit confused, fret not.  This illustrates what you get on each Tier:

Why the change?  As explained last month here:  https://www.patreon.com/posts/important-tier-134105615 and here:  https://www.patreon.com/posts/end-of-july-2025-135225120 cost-of-living increases (which we’re all stuck with, irrespective of geography) and personal finance pressures.

Here’s what to happen this month:

Given the Tier/structural change, I’m not sure what happens with access to older posts.  I’ve fortunately made back-ups to the majority of illustrations and important stuff like the Policy Livestream Updates.  As indicated above, please bear with me; I’m a one-man operation here after all.

But why the archives?  Well, as illustrated back in January 2024, when I had to convert to my current style of operations, nobody wants to be doing this:

Isn’t that a lot easier than having to go ‘fishing’? (my least favourite mini-game activity in the entire world; some may be able to do it, but it’s not for me.)

Anyway, as indicated on the calendar above, I’ll dispense the keys next week to those who have signed up to the current Tier system, not the old one.

I’m not going to split hairs since I did leave it a little late to make up my mind (partially due to familial stuff early July), and I didn’t know you could delist Tiers until Saturday 2nd this month—if anyone who signed up AFTER mid-July feels hard done by please get in touch.

So, make sure you choose Bronzaa, Silverbeck and Goldioss (I couldn’t decide between a golden calf, ha, or a snake, so I did both – Goldy and Dios)… yeah, a ‘bronze’, ‘silver’ and ‘gold’ tier system isn’t 100% original but it’s easier to remember, right?  I don’t like any of this modern-video-game-style “pre-bonus standard/gold/ultimate edition” malarkey; it feels… manipulative?  I’m just a guy trying to fill a niche, and that’s what we’re all here for, right?  Oh and the comics obviously.

Been working frenetically to make the transition as easy as possible for you—unfortunately, because I’m not on the newer anniversary-style subscription-based system, I couldn’t just simply tweak the numbers and let Patreon automatically do the rest on my behalf, with email messages and everything.  It’s all hand-done by yours truly…

I don’t know what’s going to happen in the future given the ongoing state of the Great Internet Clean-Up Campaign (no need to elaborate in the comments, we’ve all seen the headlines/YouTube reactions, no?)…  I’ll update you all accordingly as new information comes to light.

In the meantime, please look forward to what I’ll produce over this month, some of which I’ll update you on Monday 4th for (because I worked in advance to make sure there WAS enough for an update).  Oh, and look out for the polls, I’m planning to post them up next week too. And I'll have to open up a new chat thingymajig too.
