❗Important Information: Tier Changes❗

Hello and thank you for your interest in my work.  It’s been both a privilege and an honour having been allowed to embark and continue this art career full time for over the past nine years here; I’m grateful for each and every red cent/penny given.

Regrettably, I have no choice but to raise my tier prices from August 2025 onwards. This is my own decision affecting my account here, it is not a platform-wide phenomena. 

Increases in the cost-of-living post-2020, some recent sobering familial revelations involving taking care of things when the inevitable happens, and processing fees and some other upcoming external commitments (and their financial ramifications) are all starting to eat away at my finances, putting me in an increasingly unstable situation.

Fortunately, with charges frozen on this Patreon account for July, nobody is going to be caught out, my having given notice well ahead of time.  Here’s what the new prices are going to be:

Note, I’ve not changed anything yet, correct as of 14th July 2025.  Therefore, pre-existing Patrons won’t suddenly find a surcharge to cover the difference; all charging has been paused this month given my absence from here due to other commitments.  I’ll enact things in August and will give plenty of notice beforehand so nobody is caught unawares.

Please understand that you should not join this account now (July 2025) just to get on the old tier pricing; nothing’s happening this month, there is no content to give you.

I apologise for not making up my mind sooner; without my over-sharing on such a public post, let’s just say some contingency plans were discussed and I would be expected to contribute my fair share; it is not a responsibility I cannot forego or stall.  But it’s that (amongst other things) which ‘encouraged’ me to make up my mind.

The past few months have been fairly expensive ones for one reason or another (pertaining to my financial commitments health-wise and transport-wise) anyway.  And if I’m able to continue getting by, I will need to make ends meet by adjusting my prices to meet current-day costs… something I’m very concerned I may not be able to do much longer… but that’s a story for another day. 

Regardless, it’s not something I’ve undertaken lightly and I know how financially difficult things are across the board with employment prospects not looking great, as well as other things going on in the world.  If it were something trivial like “oh, I need a new item”, I would’ve taken on extra work to ensure I had the funds to purchase thing, and carry on as normal.  But we’re talking more long-term prospects and financial security… I can’t afford to keep things as they are.

So yeah… that’s all I have to say.  Only you know your own financial situation and you should act best in accordance with what works best for you.  Whatever you decide to do, thank you so much again for your time and interest in my work; I’ll always be grateful for the financial support and your helping me to keep this art career going.
