I def feel like Sorbet and Drizzle both seem to be bubbly to me. As far as Gothic goes, her color scheme and name just doesn't seem to scream Gothic to me. Looking at her though, tomboy immediately fits. Hard to explain but it just clicks. Plus I'm into the tough girls and I feel like being a tomboy would make her a "I'm so tough I can take anything" kinda girl
