I knew Alex was starting this. I didn't watch it completely in dub just checked it out. Which I thought was a good or least decent dub. I had to keep reminding myself when Alex guessed correctly or incorrectly, "no spoilers..don't indicate spoilers" hah. I loved this show. I watched it subbed fully as I'm a seasonal show watcher. No more backlogs for me. I agree with Alex, the colors? Or whatever it's called for the way it looks more old school dark fantasy. It's so rare to see. Quality shines for that specifically. I also have no idea why she couldn't get her eye back. Only idea I came up with was it got squished or a monster ate it before the revival. I wasn't a fan of the sound they chose for the tails retracting. Made me think of zippers. Might be my old man hearing, but some of the voice or voice filters..made it hard for me to understand what some characters said in English. I half expected Alex to start singing that old viral song "what what in the butt" but with "what what up the butt" π πwhen the first battle kills were happening. Glad you picked this up. Now we just gotta get Alex to watch more rom coms or drama roms anime. Fruits basket remake π for starters.
