This time I used worldedit to swap the palette to 1.16 nether theme with the various new blocks

The game crashed whilst stitching Error: net.minecraft.class_1054: Unable to fit: minecraft:optifine/ctm/hay/top/11, size: 256x256, atlas: 16384x16384, atlasMax: 16384x16384 - Maybe try a lower resolution resourcepack?
