'Tis Mating Season

Pt. 1

You and a friend of yours are sitting in the Fox's Tale inn, drinking a cold mead after a hard day.

Your eyes gaze at the local barmaid and for a moment your eyes meet. She winks towards you in a playful manner.

You can't help, but blush a little. Afterwards she goes back to work and you turn to your friend.

"Hey, have you seen the barmaid? She is quite the looker. You reckon I have any chance with her?"

"I wouldn't bother honestly..." - Your friend says with a cold expression on his face.

"Why? Would ye be jealous of me?"

"Haven't ya heard the rumors about that lass?"

"What rumors?"

"She might seem a cutie on the outside, but there is a reason she wasn't able to keep any lad around her for longer than a few moons." - His eyes trail off for a moment, then returns to you with a worried expression. - " From time to time, she turns into a bloody beast, according to the guys she fornicated with"

You take a sip from your mug, then wipe away the foam from above your mouth. "That's sounds like a load of bollocks to me. Think I'm gonna try it."

sigh "You're one thick lad..."

Pt.2

Even though your friend tried talking you down dating the Barmaid, you still gave it a shot.

In just a few moons you hit it off and started dating and just having a wonderful time.

However unbeknownst to you, Maureen's Curse started surfacing and her body and mood changing.

Her siblings and brothers also forgot to tie her down this time, which means you're were quite in a pickle.

Her annoyance and frustration with you started to suddenly skyrocket, because you still haven't had your way with her during your dates (and of course because of the curse). She started throwing insults at you, just to maybe- maybe you gain the courage to properly make love to her!

With her sweet and innocent personality gone and currently bordering at the edge of madness, you knew it was time to grant her wish and see how true the stories are about her....
