Happy August! TOS UPDATE

Happy August everybody!

I hope this month will be your best yet <3 Here a a few updates for the month:

I will be updating my blender tiers

I will be combining the workroom and floor tiers as i think it would make more sense to have everything blender related in one tier. This wont change anything for this month but beginning in September; The workroom tier will have no benefits. Please update/change or delete your pledge so you are not missing out on any benefits!

New changes to my TOS

I am updating my TOS as i have been getting a few questions about my creations being converted to other games. For clarification...I do not mind my meshes being converted to other sims games as long as they are past the early access tier and are for free; Just give credit and link back to the original post. That has never been an issue. I do not, however, give permission for anyone to take my meshes and convert them to any other games like FiveM, Secondlife, Roblox etc... Please Do Not take my meshes that are already available for free to the public and try to make money off them elsewhere. Don't Put them behind another paywall. Don't put them behind any ad links. Don't take my meshes, make them your base, change a few things around and think its okay to sell. Just don't do it. Have some respect for the people who are doing the right thing by following EA's Mod/CC sharing regulations (Not hogging cc for years at a time, Giving you limited access to certain content each month, exclusive cc) and follow their TOUs. I appreciate the sentiment of you all liking the stuff I put out but understand that this is not about the money for me; I make Custom Content and Mesh because its a fun and relaxing thing for me to do but there is no joy in me spending weeks to get you guys something, only for my meshes to be stolen and made paid for in another game. As a result of this; I've reworked my TOU for clear and concise instruction; see below:

• Please Do Not Use Any Parts Of My Meshes as a Base
• DON’T put my things behind a Paywall (Ad fly, Shortest, etc)
• Conversions Allowed To Other Sims games with Permission; Link Back to the Original Post
• Don't Convert to other games. (No GTA, No FiveM,No Secondlife, No Zepeto, No Roblox, etc...)
• Recolors Allowed. DON’T INCLUDE THE MESH! Give Credit & Link back to the Original Post

• Don't resell my meshes on any site; Gumroad, Turbo Squid or otherwise
