[Small Fix] Goku (DB Sparking Zero) Anime Shader

To create a perfect model, today I fixed the black blemish on the forehead of the Goku variants.
In addition, I have reduced some unnecessary vertices for the model. Finally, I fixed the issue that prevented the model from being installed using Open IV.
