Im staying at 189 and im not starving 24-7 and they R unbelievably good.. 7 months now with Huel its the best diet Ive been on ..By no means is this advice it just works for me your the Coach Daddy ! And I can definitely relate and know how you feel with having family members who are homophobic cause my sister and brother-in-law are the same way (they're heavily into the whole church/Christianity and trying to get me to "fall in line"). I'm actually trying to KEEP my sexuality a secret cause I don't want to deal with that burden of IF they WERE to find out cause there's no telling WHAT they may try to do, I just know that it won't end well (way your mom reacted). The ONLY person in my family who KNEW about my sexuality was my dad and that was on a dare; scared and petrified but I WAS able to breath a sigh of relief cause even though my dad didn't LIKE it, he understood and didn't fight me on it and I appreciated that. Cause my sexuality and being gay, a lot of it has to do with HOW I grew up; in a house full of women (as the only other male in the house was my Grandpa, whom I lost at an early age) and at school, being constantly paired up with girls and even though I was only a child then but it always bothered me and I've always longed and yearned for close-knit friendships/relationships with other men and never wanted to be around/involved with women (and still feel that way). My sister and brother-in-law would NEVER understand that if I WERE to confess my sexuality to them and I don't wanna deal with that chaos; a risk I am definitely NOT willing to take so I will take this to my grave....
