Anne, truth to what you said. The sub IS in control and I bet Emma knows that. So, this plays right into Emma's hands. Gabby and her safeword? You're correct. Never the twain shall meet. Pity. Again, as Patricia said, Gabby is stubborn. Emma should make Gabby work on using it, to make Gabby grow into a real sub, which she still isn't.

They can use the safeword anytime (and though I doubt we'll ever see Gabby use it, I'm damn sure Emma would force Gabby to dom her the way she wants, using the safeword as insurance), so Emma can still feel like, she's the one actually making Gabby do the domming. However, Emma and/or Gabby needs to destroy that toy contract. Actually, how can Gabby be in a toy contract and also be a switch? Gabby the toy switch? 🤣 IMO, these two do not need any contract. I can see them both growing in their relationship because of this. Love in the end wins. 😍

In this page Emma has already started to teach her. A mistress has to know what she wants. Gabby needs to learn this lesson and take it to heart. Gabby has been too much of a submissive wallflower for all of her life. Gabby needs to grow a backbone. Being a 'mistress', a switch, may be what Gabby needs to grow.

I know I am a switch, though a sub leaning one (if Gabby turns out to be a switch, then like me). I can dom, if the other asks, in this instance Emma asks/tells Gabby, but it doesn't come naturally.

Does this mean that Gabby can hail herself a “ Goddess” like Emma and call her a girlfriend and not treat her as such. I know Gabby wouldn't do something like that to Emma, she doesn't have an ego like Emma. What does Emma want to achieve by this questioning to investigate if Gabby can be a switch in their relationship? After all, I think she likes a steady routine , as if it would look like Emma would get up in the morning and decide that today she dominates and the next day let Gabby dominate ?

Maybe Emma just threw her a bone, knowing Gabby isn't really into switching, and wouldn't do it a lot... she might have to order her to switch, but I guess Emma's ego wouldn't let her.
