BARQ 2.0 early access testing
Added 2024-08-11 20:20:28 +0000 UTCHi all! Very soon the old app will get an 2.0 update: BARQ Next. The Next app will then be removed from the stores and the new code, design and everything will continue its life as BARQ 2.0 in the regular App Store and Play Store.
This does mean that there is a new early access testing link available for both Android and iOS.

The beta is unusable

2024-08-13 03:14:00 +0000 UTCDevice license validation errors began for me this morning, forcing me to re-login and spamming the error message once I had. The app had also reverted to a lot of Barq Next assets.

2024-08-12 12:25:50 +0000 UTCI now have two Barq Next apps on my phone. I uninstalled both, verified Barq was not installed at all, then installed both the Barq Next and the Barq (beta) using the link above. The Barq (beta) shows up as Barq Next, and gives me license errors and will not remain logged in

2024-08-11 21:13:52 +0000 UTCYes! Me and many others only use the NEXT / 2.0 and don't use the other app any more. The only thing missing right now is support for "old" chats but that will be gone in 3 weeks anyway
