LET'S ARGUE: No One Makes Party Music Anymore

Other topics include Radiohead possibly being done, and the '80s being its own genre.

Hey, sorry for not leaving a message here at first. I promised to post the video yesterday and ended up working on it til sunrise to make sort of good on that lol. I wasn't totally satisfied with it, so added some more edits, which are uploading and should be visible soon (if not already). Thank you to everyone who submitted a take this month; hope you dig!

Maybe next week we'll emphasize the "tough questions" part of the prompt? Those usually yield the best results; what do y'all think?

Are you a fan of Panic! at the Disco's Pretty Odd? Asking because that was the screenshot for the 60's sounding answer (I do enjoy that album a lot)

Hot Take: If you’ve never been moved to tears by a song before, you don’t love music.

If the 80’s are a genre, the 90’s are a much better one.

Machine Gun Philly

Yay! He picked my take! I thought I had a fun one there.

for TND: Jeremy does the rough cuts, Anthony does the second passes (like some cuts and closeups), then i watch them, make or request changes if needed (sometimes a goofy edit for shits & giggles) and upload. fantano channel: Anthony records, i edit -austen Anthony's a p good editor tho; much faster than i am too

The Needle Drop

The caption makes me wonder: How often do you (Melon) edit videos vs your editor(s)?

Counterpoint to the one about algorithm: I have listened to nothing but J-pop, J-rock, denpa (weird J-pop), and J-core for the past two months and Spotify now recommends me artists with like 500 listeners on Spotify or fewer. That's gotta count for something

I kinda want to know what type of DJ that guy was, considering that party music is unlikely to ever die if electronic dance music is still a thing…

I, II, II, IL

A tough questions month could be a lot of fun. I think I got a perfect one lined up...
