Sure, ed FROMOHIO was not d.boon (who tf is?) but in all the punk handwringing about Watt&Hurley replacing a punk god with a skinny wailer from out east what was lost was appreciation for the guts it took to do something so punk like moving on in a new direction after so much was lost. The first 3 SST fIREHOSE records were foreword thinking, experimental, ballsy and most of all fun as sh*t. (The Sometimes and Live Totem Pole EPs were pretty hot as well.) Pop, folk, funk and avant-garde punk needs to recognize imo
