Suggestion for next month works
Added 2024-12-11 03:28:20 +0000 UTCHi guys. Currently, I draw about 5 illustrations and do 3-4 animations every month. Doing many animations in a month limits my creativity, I can't draw more illustrations because I don't have enough time (although I have an assistant, and she helps me with the animations). In order to bring you the best experience with my works, today I open this poll to consult your opinions, thank you.

2024-12-21 18:18:52 +0000 UTCDo what you believe is necessary for your sake: yes, you have patrons to answer to, but know that you're still in control of your creative and decisions. I stopped backing a particular animator because they didn't just acquiesce to their patrons'/supporters' suggestions, the latter turned into a mob that DEMANDED this animator do this and that - effectively, they are being held "hostage" with how their work should be every month. This shouldn't happen with you, Alex. Ultimately, do what needs to be done - the "bad faith" patrons/supporters will inevitably out themselves and you'll know better than to ever listen to them.

However, I feel like the duration of the videos is a bit short. I think it might help if you reduce the number of works and focus on creating longer animations and illustrations. This way, you can get more rest, avoid overworking, and generate even better ideas. π₯°

My advice would be to alternate between animations and illustrations for one month. For example, in December, you could try to focus on Animations, while in January, you could give your total focus to illustrations. You are a talented artist in both areas. I bet the followers you have won't disagree on such a plan. Please do your best, Thank you for the poll and be open to our opinions and thoughts.
