I stumbled upon some high-quality animations from the UE Animation sample project and decided to create a mod with them.
While there are not many unique actions, there are various versions of each action, so you might find the animation you need.
Additionally, I will upload Part 2, which contains over 200 more animations, within the next two days!
Motions are in [ Anim -> Animations -> Kohai -> UE Common ]
