She references September ("You'll have new Septembers") which she also references in Back To December ("When you held me in your arms that September night. The first time you ever saw me cry.") Which is a reference to that night... And 32 is the age Kanye was when it happened. ("32 and still growing up now. Who you are is not what you did.") She was expressing her forgiveness and understanding... And then he went and threw it in her face years later...
