Meant to be kinda like she was sleeping on an incline, like a pile of blankets or something, and noticed the viewer and went to nom 'em while half asleep, so a sleepy gulp only pushed them into her neck and they slid back down to the throat. But the second more awake gulp works just fine and sends them on their way :3
