JoiPlay 1.20.520 and Plugin Updates

Ren'Py 8.2.1 Plugin for JoiPlay is renamed to Ren'Py 8.2.3 Plugin for JoiPlay and supports Ren'Py 8.2.3 now.
A critical bug that causes crashes on Ren'Py 7.1.3 Plugin is fixed.
Ren'Py version detection is improved and added version detection for Ren'Py 6.99.14.3 and below.
Improved JGP file extraction speed for devices wit Android 8.0 and above.
Fixed text caching issues for styled texts and made minor corrections for font rendering on RPG Maker Plugin.
Made HTTPLite methods thread safe on RPG Maker Plugin.
Updated ruffle and 3rd party libraries on Ruffle Plugin.
Fixed game icon loader for the games that included in game catalog.

The different plugins are required because certain games only run with specific Ren'Py versions. The Ren'Py engine uses a modified SemVer (Semantic Versioning), which is written as "X.Y.Z" (X=major version, Y=minor version, and Z=patch version). When the Ren'Py engine upgrades (major changes), the major code changes made to the Python libraries make it incompatible with games using older major versions of the engine. So you would need both plugins if you don't know what major version your Ren'Py game uses and you don't want the hassle of guessing. 2024-07-25 20:18:04 +0000 UTCController does not work properly I checked rpgmaker xp game The Last Sovereign Which worked on the previous joiplay release and rpgm plugin For example x z buttons can be mapped for the controller but d pad and directions buttons does not work for rpg maker games at all However their was no problems on joiplay release 1.20.510-patreon and rpgmaker release 1.20.70-patreon Please check these issues on the next bugfix release

For example x a y b buttons can be mapped but d pad and directions buttons does not work for rpg maker games even after mapping

2024-07-11 19:36:25 +0000 UTCThank you for the app it's been great, but I have an issue with the new update and Ren'PY games. I had Joiplay 120.023. Could play Ren'py games that used Renpy 7.1.3(mostly,) but couldn't play 7.7.1 Ren'py games. I've upgraded to Ren'py plugin 8.2.3 same issues persist. I upgrade to the new Joiplay 120.520 and now my Ren'py 7.1.3 Ren'py games won't work, but the 7.7.1 ones do. Is there a plugin I'm missing? I' can't find the Renpy Plugin that is specifically for 7.1.3. I see it mentioned in the app under Plug ins and it says installable, but nothing happens when I click on it Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank You!!
