Depression is kicking my ass again and I don’t know how I’m going to pull through

I don’t know what to tell ya. Depression has been dragging me around for fucking years now, but it won’t ever get me, and it won’t get you either.

Any project I can dive headfirst into ends up occupying whatever downtime I have and more often than not it's just to keep my hands busy so cooking, repairs around the house, find a project car and just crank away at it, even get involved in substantial amounts of gunsmithing (trips to the range are cathartic for me, Started shooting around 7/8 years old. As odd as it'd sound for someone whom doesn't shoot it helps to clear my head so repairing inoperable firearms just became a fairly safe and natural option for me)
