I don’t think it’s a big secret that I had a really traumatic childhood and last night it just really really really really got to me. I don’t always have my quacks in a row LOL when’s the last time you had a mental breakdown and how did you get over it?

I'm going through a down period. I just take my meds and look forward to seeing my clinician next week.
