Progress Update - On v.0.5 and future updates

Hi. Voca here. I feel like an update on the development of v.0.5. has been overdo for a couple of days, so this post is meant to cover that.

I've had to hit pause on development during the past week. My day job has continued to bleed into any free time that I had for myself, my family, and for the game. And, despite actively setting time aside for Thicker Treat, I've felt too drained to substantially advance with the remaining coding, writing, and testing.

With that in mind, I don't know when I'll be able to wrap up v.0.5. (It will happen next month, but I don't want to put a date out there and then backtrack on it.) However, as always, I'll provide a link to all October patrons via DMs.

The subject of future updates has also been in my mind. I want to be transparent with you, guys: knowing that my workload is not going to ease for the remainder of the year, I feel like I need to make some changes to the update schedule for the time being. With that said, it's only fair to say that v.0.6 likely won't come out in November. I don't see a realistic scenario where I'm able to complete a new character path in a month. (I might be able to squeeze another mini update for one of the characters already developed; but at this point I'm hesitant about setting anything in stone.)

With that said, I want to thank you all once more for supporting development. It always means a lot to read all the comments, feedback, and messages about the game.

For my part, I'll make sure both v.0.5 and v.0.6 are worth the little extra “wait“ (pun intended).
