Rewards and Tiers

For now, they will be like this :
-Tier 3 Patrons : can request me up to 2 long stories per month
- Tier 2 Patrons : can ask me for 2 shorts stories per month
Also, I would like to introduce rewards and benefits based on time of pledge... But I don't know why, so I have to work on that when I will come back.
What I want to do is to add something like :
- X panel more free per tier Y month of pledge
- Another free storie each Z months of pledge
