nope, i merge all the layers including lineart, into a new one! so i can paint over the lineart while still adding and editing the shading. somehow, overpainting the lineart in a merged pciture feels much smoother than doing it just on the ineart layer, so i recommend it!

2021-03-20 01:14:07 +0000 UTCi had to rush for these two so i was ultra speedy with them. but i usually work on different pieces att he same time, and block out my process a lot so its faster! it's all about practice really. overpainting helps a lot since i barely spend time with lineart >
