If I recall right, Bocchi the Rock is a 4-panel Manga, and the chapters are generally really short. Like around 8 pages on average? The anime definitely feels like such a passion project with how it's adapted, and I believe that's partially in thanks to the one Character Designer for the anime who was a major fan of the manga beforehand.

Three guitarists aren't unheard of either - The Eagles (Glen Frey, Don Felder, Joe Walsh) or Lynyrd Skynyrd (Gary Rossington, Ed King, Allen Collins) are a couple of bands I can think of.
