I know that this isn't a suggestion post, but I just thought of a character you can do. What do you think about Harley Quinn the Jokers girlfriend. Only from the movie version "Suicide Squad"? Easy enough to copy and she is one badass little pack of dynamite rolled into a petite blond bitch!!! LOL
