Getting prepared
Added 2017-06-15 22:30:26 +0000 UTCSince the last time I tried to go camping and my tent didn't hold up so well in the wind, I just got a new, smaller tent to get ready for my trip to AX. I hope to be able to camp while on this trip - California has such different and varied landscapes - I can't wait to get out and capture more - photos and videos. I feel so inspired by being in different, beautiful surroundings.

If you had a headlamp, you could have a good view of the tent blowing thru the trees - ok, not funny. Tarp needed for underneath and a super rain fly. Collapsible shovel for trenching around tent before the rains flood you out. Did you get my email about the SPOT satellite communication device. In 18 years it finally saved my life two weeks ago, including helicopter evac to hospital. Snake, scorp. spider bites can necess. emerg med vac. Holy cow, let's not scare the girl! Be prepared; get the SPOT, register, and learn to use it one handed in the dark - protect your loved ones!!.
