Pic 187: Meeting the Warehouse Crew
Added 2025-01-03 22:00:03 +0000 UTCThis week I'm posting some new pics from the final scene of the latest release Dating in a World on Fire 0.55. This is the first meeting of Gemma and Alex, two major characters for the rest of the game.
Alex is someone I made up over a year ago, but wasn't ready to add them to the game during the Date with Relay part, but this new section has a visit to the warehouse to see Relay, and you get to meet her two co-workers.
The other one you meet is Gemma wearing just a bikini top and shorts. The warehouse crew is emptying out an 18 wheeler trailer, and to save on electricity, they can't run the AC with the bay doors open, so everyone is barely dressed.
Goals for the next year
For 2025, I'm going to be flipping back and forth between Dating in a World on Fire and Date Ariane 2. Sometime in January, I want to release a Date Ariane 2 test release that will look an awful lot like Date Ariane Remastered except:
New Music
2560x1440p graphics
A rewritten introduction segment to the game, and rewritten lines throughout the game.
New Player Characters
When I make future releases of 2.0, it will contain updated pictures. I'm also considering new endings to the scenarios that are there and figure out new scenarios to try. I'm attempting to change the game to open up new material, with the goal of making it more "fun".
