Date Ariane Remastered 0.14 Build
Added 2021-12-16 15:00:07 +0000 UTCHere is the latest build of Date Ariane Remastered. Every time I play it, I find something new that needs to be changed, so it is far from perfect, but I still have a few months to make it perfect, so I'll just release it "as is" for now.
Summary of changes: Added remastered backyard images and coding, including barbecue, telescope, swimming, and hot tub events.
Below is a 59mb patch if you still have 0.13 on your computer. On PC or Linux, extract the file to the directory where the datearianeremastered.exe is located, say yes to replace files.
On Mac you control-click (right-click) the Date Ariane Remastered app, Show Package Contents, go to Contents/Resources/autorun/ and drag the patch game folder, and if a window pops up, choose “Combine”.
You can download the full game build at https://arianeb.itch.io/date-ariane-remastered/patreon-access for PC, Linux or Mac. Android has NOT been updated, and I notice a lot of text getting cut off.

2021-12-18 03:24:32 +0000 UTCGreat update; I love how the new pool looks. I noticed that when I suggested eating dinner by the pool Ariane changed into her swimsuit, but I didn't get a chance to change into mine. When you have time to look at it, this might be something to fix.

2021-12-18 02:09:15 +0000 UTCThe default setting is to only see the new achievements. This is changeable in Preferences. Set "Achievements" to "Show All" Some achievements will pop up when when they are earned, and some will show up at the end.

2021-12-16 16:15:19 +0000 UTCDarn. BackyardBack is a new variable defined in pictures.rpy which somehow did not make it into the patch. Uploading a new version of the patch now. Patch updated. The reason for the variable is interesting. In the last version of Date Ariane, the backyard was one big set. It is now 3 sets, and backyardback displays different backgrounds depending on which set the conversation is taking place.

2021-12-16 16:00:39 +0000 UTCJust tried the game, every time I go to the backyard I get the "uncaught exception" screen with the error "NameError: name 'BackyardBack' is not defined". My very uneducated guess would be that there is some file missing from the update? Idk, everything I do in the backyard results in that message. PS: That's only a problem with the patch file, it works just fine if I download the full game from itch.io
