Tar the minotaur

Tar is a pure himbo. He has low intelligence but is learning common as he goes. He often does not know the value of items in his inventory, or thinks they're something amazing when they are mundane.
The best part is that his wardrobe is magical. Every day the inventory changes. He has no idea how, and some think it's linked to another storage vessel somewhere else. But he sells what he has each day.
