Ardin and Elora
Added 2022-05-06 00:26:00 +0000 UTCLatest commission. So here is the context for the picture. In a recent session, the party was in the Amber Temple. We found a book we think will help stop Strahd. Strahd’s chamberlain found us with the book and attacked us because we refused to give the book up. He stabbed Elora twice with his scimitar. She sank to the ground, bloodied and literally like 2 hit points from death. Ardin sees this happen and runs into a room a little ways away and makes a deal with an old dark god. He suddenly becomes paler, faster, stronger, and his eyes become a sharper green. He has a pallor to his skin that looks vampiric. The DM tells Ardin he is now craving blood and is not in complete control of himself anymore as the dark god has now possessed him. Ardin trashes the chamberlain in like two hits. When that’s over, Ardin goes over to Elora and helps her off the floor. She senses that something is off about him, but she’s bleeding out and is terrified when she looks into his eyes because he’s the same Ardin but at the same time he’s not. He just smiles and it’s kind of sinister but also kind of sweet and says “I did this for you”
