I definitely want one of these just because I love the channel and it would be neat to have, but even the Medium sized one is too big for the kind of occasional work I do. Mostly I'm using flatheads to undo wallplate screws or push wires under floor trim boards... half an inch seems juuust a little too big. Any plans to make a slightly smaller version? And maybe an accompanying philips tip?

I've honestly thought about selling "seconds" of the tools I offer that have just minor aesthetic imperfections. Otherwise, having them made in China instead of Canada is probably the cheapest solution, but I really don't want to do that.

I remember getting an air soft pellet stuck in my ear when I was little. My dad got it out with a straw. He said that earwax was really bitter. Bleh! On the behalf of spawn that cause such problems, I apologize.

Sorry to hear about the ball in the kid's ear. Mine did the same (after I showed him that I could magically put a quarter in my ear and have it appear out of my nose – bad parenting).. when I said we'd have to go to the doc's office, he said: so he'll take it out of my nose??? But I digress. Quick question, I thought the useable size were also going to be a little more affordable. I know I know, they are probably the best screwdrivers in the world and will be heirlooms provided the neighbour doens`t steal them.. and I know that that is what they are worth (parts, machining, etc.).. but is there a plan for a cheapskate version? s.

I am a bit unclear on the DIY kit - it has the description " blade is hardened to 52 HRC", then lower down has the message/link on heat treating. Does the diy kit come pre heat treated?
