2018-06-26 19:21:42 +0000 UTCYou may have seen it before it was showing full resolution. Looks great to me. My guess is he does it the way I do. It's uploaded, held as unlisted. Shared to Patreon and then set to go live a day or two later. Resolution is the same since it's the exact same video.
