Disclaimer:
Instead of trying to squeeze every option into one poll I’ve separated them to hopefully avoid the confusion. We’re deciding the quantity of tattoos (endgame stuff), when the time will come we will together decide what exact tattoo should be added and where. Tattoos are easier to add in, but they still require some effort and time.
The hardest thing about tattoos is the logic behind them - the game needs to know what they are saying, and if they’re shown, plus npc reactions.
I know this isn’t everyone’s cup of tea (just like everything else), but try to think about other patrons who might like tattoos, at the same time keep in mind that this will put more work on our shoulders. It’s all about finding that balance.
About the poll:
Facial tattoos, the complexity is debatable, so I’m going to call them moderately hard to implement, they might be related to KGB, Rebels, prison, potential love interests, be cute, slutty or both. One thing is for sure, facial tattoos are hard to hide.

They are not that hard to add in, so I didn't include an option for "none", but they will be completely optional in game.
