It's the Patreon edition of Version 0.27.2 - Check out these changes:
New Enemy! The Dragon Sage, also known as Kubas:
Muscle/Fat ending pictures plus a ‘real’ WPill battle sprite
Talk options in battle
You can now use the Dragon Transformation’s ' Demand Worship' ability on him
Multiple sex scenes written
Also: Several things in the game can be unlocked for future runs to speed things up such as starting with the gym found or starting out with the Monster Manual. In Patreon versions of the game, all things like that will be unlocked from the start.
