Added 2025-07-12 03:11:04 +0000 UTCI've received my drawing tablet pad, and have installed clip studio paint onto my computer. Can't lie, I thought it would be easy since I've drawn on CPU a few years ago...but it's taking me a lot longer to adapt xD.... It feels completely different xD.... It does still feel nice and smooth don't get me wrong, just feels weird looking up at my monitor and drawing, instead of looking down at an iPad. I've spent the last few hours setting up my settings, shortcut keys, trying to re-install my old brushes, transferring files and practicing/tweaking pen pressure. It's been rough, but with more practice I'll get the hang of things again

True... If I had the funds for the new iPad with the M4 chip, I probably would stick with the iPad, but sadly my iPad is just old and tired... And the battery dies super fast no matter what you do. Not only that but if my file gets too big, I get lag, stutter, constantly loading screens on my iPad, and if my iPad is plugged in, the pen tends to glitch out and ruin my linework, and my iPad also keeps reading my palm when it should only read my pen... it's very stupid lol... On my PC, I shouldn't have any issues like this, but the only downside is not being able to rotate my screen like I would do with my fingers on my iPad
