Kubo's Biggest FAILURE - Rewriting Chad From the Arrancar Arc to TYBW | Bleach: What If?

Today we've got something a little different - a return to our What If? series, but with a twist! I'll be attempting to rewrite much of Chad's story from the Arrancar Arc right the way through to the end of the series.
While hindsight of course makes everything much easier, we'll be trying to give him bigger, better moments, more fights, and of course, more development. Can it be done? Let's find out!

I always thought Chad should have gotten a substantial power up in the fullbring arc, I was thinking his 2 arms combine in the back, not only for defense but have like the flames of hell come out his back to bolster the power of his punches. The back plate could also serve to have a callback to Chad taking the 2x4 on the back in early bleach, and maybe in the tybw arc he could protect soul society soldiers or his friends from falling buildings as the fights go on, he doesn't even have to have a full battle, just give him SOMETHING. He said he would use his arms to protect, so I think showing him defending the soul society would be a good idea
