Kon is a really weird and unique character, full of personality and with an iconic design, yet his relevance runs dry by the end of the first arc. Did he deserve better, or did he simply fulfil his role well?

If only Kubo used Kon more organically to the story. Beyond his first appearance + 1 episode where he chastised Ichigo for moping in the Arrancar arc, he only seems to do stuff in filler. Shame 🫠.
