We'll get it out of the way, I'm a sucker for tsundere pigtails. You can guess who I've already fallen in love with. From what I remember, the original Gotei 13 were known killers, and everyone from the 0 Division are exactly not that. A writer, healer, scientist (cook?), blacksmith, tailor. I believe the members you mentioned joined after the establishment of the Gotei 13, and became the second captains of their respective divisions.
