[NEW VIDEO] Why DIDN'T the Vizards Use Their HOLLOW MASKS in TYBW?

While definitely a good question, it's one that has potentially a few answers - so let's take a look at 3 of those today!
It gets even weirder when you consider Hollow reiatsu is supposedly incredibly dangerous to Quincy...

I think you're absolutely right, yeah.

2022-11-16 00:04:42 +0000 UTCI don't think thee masks are banned. I think the masks are restricted within the Seireitei. The way Mashiro used the mask in front of Hisagi means they are not banned. That being said, I believe Mashiro needed permission from a higher ranking member to use it.
