Jushiro Ukitake was one of the oldest, most respected, and presumably most powerful captains of the Gotei 13 - yet his time in the final arc of Bleach is often considered to be pretty disappointing.

Thank you for your support - I understand it must be tough if he's your favourite character with the way he was treated in the final arc. As I mentioned, it wouldn't have been so bad if he'd actually been allowed to DO something prior to his sacrifice.
