Tier Amends

Just wanted to briefly update you on some small tier amends I made, just to keep you informed.
I've moved early access to YouTube videos (one of which will drop on here tonight!) from the Vice-Captain tier down to the 5th Seat tier. I think as YouTube is such a huge part of who I am and what I've been delivering, it makes sense to move it to a more accessible tier.
And I've moved video shout-outs from 4th Seat to Seated Officer. Again, I think this is fair as it's a super easy thing for me to do that I want to be able to do for everyone who chooses to support me in this way, as just a small gesture of thanks from me.
