2025-04-15 13:12:52 +0000 UTCok but no time for my thoughts I love the trickle of insecurity we get to see here between Dakota and G, based on the main story it was pretty obviously there but I enjoyed seeing it a little more here regardless of canon since it will likely make an appearance in Dakota's route, and considering G's general attitude I'm sure it'll be a mess too (not to mention my MC who is in fact also into G... Dakota I'm sorry 💀) I think Dakota's route is going to be so so so fun, I think they're a good character to include because yes obviously something like exSeven is fun for the tension and 'will they won't they' it adds, and something like the G affair route too with the soulmate vibes and all the drama that will inevitably cause, but the inevitable "this is just casual AW FUCK I LIKE YOU woops never gonna talk about that" dance with each other that MC and Dakota will do adds something different, which obviously is a by-product of them being a subRO as well but honestly between them and Blake I'm basically a subRO girlie now lmao woops This special was super fun to play though and I really enjoy Dakota as a character so ty Amy for providing me more fictional boyfriend content, as always lmao 💕 EDIT TO ADD part of my point about Dakota feeling different was also in reference to how many RO's we have and the fact that they somehow all have something different to offer in their routes which is a feat and a half so Amy you deserve all the flowers for the creativity mwah

I love how MC can be insecure and clueless about Dakota actually caring (and not just wanting to bone), and Dakota just dryly responds like MC must be doing it intentionally. Jumping into a lake to avoid facing how they feel is hilarious. Still, Dakota being insecure is so sweet--he never has to compete with G. But geez, G, go away and stop interrupting!
