Zuiho(from Kantai Collection) spend an anniversary day with beloved sister Shouho(from Kantai Collection).
*Real hisotry note (you may skip this, not necessary to read) :
"Zuiho" is built as a oliler ship, which designed to be able to convert to aircraft-carrier. When the war is about to begin, the conversion was put into action in 1940.
The same design, a huge passenger ship which can be converted to carrier is 2nd Zuiho-class ship "Shouho", went into commisiion as a carrier in 1941.
Shouho was sank by US navy aerial attack in 1942. Japanese navy lost the first aircraft carrier in the war, Shouho' s commission period was less than half year.
Following story is based on my interpretation that Zuiho and Shouho(in Kantai Collection) are sisters.
