Kent and Shane's Saloon Hookup scene has been fixed!
Certain villager's dick sizes have been ever-so-slightly tweaked. (Check Harvey's notes!)
And the main thing: a whole slew of new dialogue and overworld text! I highly recommend turning on the Naked Law, as there is a lot of exclusive dialogue when that option is turned on!
