Back in 2009, there was 2NE1 TV that aired on YouTube (though if you look back now, the video quality was terrible โ but at the time, 360p felt like an oasis, LOL). Maybe that was the first idol "vlog" kind of content from their own channel, and it truly showcased the behind-the-scenes life of idols and how YG Entertainment worked back then and i guess it was one of the first that comes up w/ more casual, documentary-style idol content. From that show, the term "YG Family" really took root โ and even though itโs more lowkey now, it still exists. You could see it in the way everyone interacted: from producers (mainly Teddy and Kush โ now at The Black Label), to YG himself, the 1st gen YG artists, BIGBANG, 2NE1, and all the crew that still work with them to this day. You can even spot some of them in the MADE movie documentary, Blackpink: Light Up the Sky, or in BABYMONSTER Behinds and Treasure Re-ALL and Behinds.. Apologies for the ramble โ I just got really into it :D anw have a nice day, thank u for this~

2025-04-18 01:47:17 +0000 UTCThankyou again for your reaction, Valen & Theo. Iโm more onto old Bigbang artisery, and here are my fav Bigbang live performances that I want to recommend to you guys: 1. (Song: How Gee) from Alive Tour. I can't find a single performance video of this, so you can start at the minutes 17:17 and its gonna end at 21:14 from this full concert video for that specific performance. https://youtu.be/dS0FWxUIIUk?si=_5aidAcH9W2E3e2e * And about this song, it's actually not Bigbang's original track. The melody and other instrumental elements is a sample from Black Machine's song with the same name 'How Geeโ. But Bigbang (all of them) and Perry rewrote the lyrics. So the lyrics is by Bigbang, but everything in the background is not. 2. (Song: Tonight) from MADE World Tour https://youtu.be/6ZVMh3BVsLM?si=_jGLvwxUpGwq7SEq 3. (Song: Cafe) From MADE in Seoul https://youtu.be/IyqyU6_9_Tc?si=IOIsPUev4RfeieW1 4. (Song: Zutter) from MADE World Tour https://youtu.be/AvJCUoYSd9U?si=6S26QVKiWn68qCiE

2025-04-17 22:57:40 +0000 UTCThis is an OST of the drama TOP was part of in 2009 called "IRIS" kind of an action kdrama. TOP plays as the villain in this. This is also the first time TOP and Front Man (squid game) worked together. The images on the screen in the background are from the drama. You should definitely check IRIS, it's on Netflix right now. They said it's one of the most expensive action drama at that time. It has 20 episodes. Also some recommendations: A Fool of Tears (Japan Love and Hope Tour 2011). Cafe (MADE tour 2015) Anymore live by DAESUNG Eyes Nose Lips Fantastic Duo version Doom Dada by TOP (BIGBANG 0 to 10 concert) Haru Haru live (MADE tour) Also must watch: Gara Gara Go + Top Of The World + Number 1 (Japan dome tour 2014) (with eng subs) https://youtu.be/kAxhoYGO-js?feature=shared
