Pledge Issues (resolved)

Even though the show is over, it is my sincerest hope and wish that the fandom and Fimfiction goes on for as long as we cherish it. I've been a member of Fimfiction for over 7 years, and I've read hundreds of stories. Fimfiction has allowed me to read among the most amazing stories I've ever had the pleasure and privilege of reading, and it's allowed me to meet many great writers and helped me learn a few lessons about myself. I realize that eventually, this site will come to an end. But as Sir Francis Drake said, “There must be a beginning of any great matter, but the continuing unto the end until it be thoroughly finished yields the true glory.”

Pledged, linked accounts, still getting ads, no bronze banner. Waited a month, no change. Sent an email to Knighty, no response. What do I need to do?

My gold banner disappeared recently but its all good. Still just supporting the site. I am not sure about the ad thing. I run a pihole for that and unblock it for certain sites that I really like.

I've had the same issue. I thinks it only works if you've link both you FIM account AND your Patreon account before the 1st of the month. So when you get charged, it automatically adds you to the Ad-free list. If you link it after you get charged, it won't work until the next time the bill is due.

If you're curious what the issue was, somebody made a pledge with no reward and...apparently I didn't account for people pledging without rewards....&lt;.&gt;
