Meet Rin, the Beautiful and Elegant, hardworking, no non-sense landlord of the apartment building that both her and Mona reside at.

Rin is a very calm, cool, and collected individual, and a natural born leader. Who strives to provide the best service possible to her tenants, cause she knows what it means to have a nice, and well maintained home to come back too at the end of the day.

Rin often checks up on Mona, who had Rin fooled as this well meaning, lost little girl who's striking out all on her own for the first time. Until one day, she found out, that was all a façade, and Mona was actually a sneaky little smart mouth, who often left her apartment a mess, and would miss rent due to her over indulgence in her interests of video games, anime, tech, and music.

The once understanding, and sympathetic Rin, now decided it was time to put her foot down, and make the little dour tenant accept the consequences of her actions. BUT instead of kicking her out on her the streets, she decided instead, to discipline her in another way, one that would mutually benefit them both.....
