I think another detail I really like is how her new baby clothes, diaper, and stroller match the colors of her battlesuit and mech respectively (and even has her bunny symbol on them!) . It's just an extra lovely touch of utter humiliation to have her made to wear a mockery of her original outfit. I don't know if Sombra has the tech to forcibly transform D. Va's clothes and even her robot into adorable infantile accessories, but boy that'd be a terrific ability. Amazing work on this one Red, I love the outfit D. Va's been made to wear (especially pigtails and a little dress that bares her midriff while showing off every bit of her thick diaper, so cute), Sombra's merciless teasing the helpless little mech pilot she's embarrassed, and D. Va's total distress with being turned into an overgrown baby, great stuff.
