[New OC] Robert the Ursaluna

I'm sorry for the delay with this character, I like to have them done during the first week of the month but drawing has been a bit of struggle recently, but he came to take me back from that artblock. Entries for the next one will be open later today so make sure to stay tuned to submit yours!
